Justice Michael Adams sues over evidence claim

A NSW Supreme Court judge is suing one of the nation's most decorated journalists over allegations the jurist withheld key evidence while acting as a prosecutor during a high-profile murder case in the 1990s.
The allegations, published last May by The Canberra Times, relate to Justice Michael Adams's conduct as prosecutor during the trial of former Treasury bureaucrat David Eastman for the shooting murder of Australian Federal Police assistant commissioner Colin Winchester in 19
