Whistleblowers FOI APSC Disclosure Log

It has become a long tradition for the Australian Public Service Commission to Fuck over complaints by Whistleblowers.
This is because the Faggot Steve Sedgwick strongly believe this is a compliance issue and therefore does not require the appropriate investigation as required by the AGIS. This allows Agencies and Agency Heads to fail to comply with appropriate standards of Conduct and Ethics. I already have FOI fom the APSC admitting this.
I have now requested under FOI documents on whistleblowers and the APSC wants $6,000 to provide me with this.

Investigation stanards FOI APSC Disclosure Log

 

According to the Skanky Hoe  Karin Fisher( Ethics Manager)at the Australian Public Service Commission  this Commonwealth Agency has no investigation policy although this is a requirement under the Financial Management and accountability Act.
Section 4 of the AGIS clearly sets out the  Investigation Management of Methodologies.
This clearly illustrates  that the Commissioner Steve Sedgewick is in violation of these requirements and needs to get his fist out of his bum and stop wanking himself. The commissioner's decision not to investigate compliance complaints shows that corruption is well entrenched  in the APSC.
Today I received an email from the APSC regarding  Robert Cornall AO who was the only investigator that the APSC  used to investigate one complaint made under S41) F.
Although I have been waiting a month  for  his qualifications it appears that he is in no hurry to supply them to me.
It would appear that as the Attorney General's Secretary Mr Robert Cornall has been given this title ( Order of Australia) for licking Government Officials Arse and fucking the General Public over

Australian Government Investigation Standards


These are the standards that are to be applied to investigations as set down by the Federal Police.
According to the Australian Public Service Commission and in particular the Commonwealth Ombudsman who bravely told me that they have no investigation policy because they do not do"investigations" Colin Neave must have his fist uphis arse!

Kevin Rudd V Julia Gillard

A SAINT


Last Saturday afternoon, in Canberra , an aide to Kevin Rudd visited the Bishop of the Catholic cathedral in Canberra .

He told the Cardinal that Kevin would be attending the next day's Mass, and he asked if the Cardinal would kindly point him out to the congregation and say a few words that would include calling Kevin a saint.

The Cardinal replied, "No. I don't really like the man, and there are issues of conflict with the Catholic Church over certain of his views."

Rudd's aide then said, "Look, I'll write a cheque here and now for a donation of $100,000 to your church if you'll just tell the congregation you see Kevin as a saint."

The Cardinal thought about it and said, "Well, the church can use the Money, so I'll work your request into tomorrow's sermon."

As the aide promised, Kevin Rudd appeared for the Sunday worship and seated himself prominently at the forward left side of the centre aisle.

As promised, at the start of his sermon, the Cardinal pointed out that Mr Rudd was present.

The Cardinal went on to explain to the congregation, "While Mr Rudd's presence is probably an honour to some, the man is not numbered among my personal favourite personages.

Some of his most egregious views are contrary to tenets of the Church, and he tends to flip-flop on many other issues.

Kevin Rudd is a petty, self-absorbed hypocrite, a thumb sucker, and a nit-wit.

He is also a serial liar, a cheat, and a thief.

I must say, Kevin Rudd is the worst example of a Christian I have ever personally witnessed.

He married for money and is using his wealth to lie to the Australian People.

He also has a reputation for shirking his representative obligations both in Canberra , in Queensland and overseas ...


The man is simply not to be trusted."

The Cardinal concluded, "But, when compared with Prime Minister Gillard, Kevin Rudd is a saint."

This is the decision handed down by Justice North of the Federal Court on the 8.7.2011.
It should be noted that it was not ITSA but ASIC who had commenced investigations and Mr Pattison agreed to resign his corporate Insolvency Appointments.
At the time  of  Pattisons resignation a number of applicants apposed it.
By the court  accepting Pattisons resignation this locked out any  claims against him  by Bankrupts that  Paul Pattison  had fucked over.
The Inspector General happily consented to his resignation . Clearly she  hoped that this would now bring to a close allegations that she , Adam Toma and Bankruptcy Relation had been protecting him.
This was also a touchy subject for the Skankey Hoe,  Veronique Ingram in the senate when Senator Williams questioned her on this matter.
