FOI  APSC/ Robert Cornall/ dodgy Karin Fisher

Clearly dodgy Karin Fisher is attempting  to DODGE FOI's
It is amuzing how shonky this woman is.......
So I am aware Cornall protected one agency head under S41 of the APS  Act but what was the other one???
