We will all be familiar with the occasion when a shovel was left at Kathy's door to intimidate her.
I clearly know how Kathy would have felt she failed to get the necessary support from Bill Shorten , Australia's new Labor Leader
So how much did Bill Shorten actually know and why did he fail to act? Is Bill shorten hiding a past that again will put Labor into turmoil. To me Bill Shorten looks like a skittle with a head that doesn't fit the proportion of the rest of his body.
We will also remember the whistleblower Gillian Sneddon who blew the whistle on Milton Orkopoulos the NSW MP from Swansea who liked to FUCK little boys. We will also remember how the law tried to fuck her over also until she was rescued by the Barry O'farrel and the NSW Liberal Government.
More recently whistleblowers have been frustrated by the Australian Federal Police failing to act accordingly in the corrupt matters of Noteprinting Australia and Leightons Holdings.
However if you have ever seen the Australian Federal Police in Court and their obvious failure to properly communicate with the CDPP it would be clear to anyone what a complete failure the system is.
It appears everyone has something to hide or is simply trying to protect corruption.......................... are you reading the AFP Agent Nuuckley Succar????????????????????
THE Labor Party has turned on itself in the wake of the conviction of former Health Services Union boss Michael Williamson with Health Services Union whistleblower Kathy Jackson lashing out at new federal Labor leader Bill Shorten for not doing enough on the scandal.
Ms Jackson also attacked Labor Deputy Senate Leader Stephen Conroy for accusing her of "conspiracy theories" in the middle of the scandal.
Mr Conroy has hit back, saying any candidate backed by Ms Jackson, the union national secretary, in Victorian and national elections four years ago who used money from Williamson's branch and leaflets from his preferred printing firm should repay the money to union members.
"Given the outcome of the Michael Williamson case, I look forward to any money given by NSW branch to their Victorian branch for their elections being repaid," Mr Conroy said.
"Any monies that were used to fund the Victorian and national elections that came from NSW and Williamson entities should be repaid by any candidate who used the money."
The stoush comes as The Daily Telegraph learned police and NSW DPP were considering charging Williamson's wife Julie-Anne in the lead-up to Williamson's guilty plea but elected not to.
The Daily Telegraph makes no suggestion Mrs Williamson has done anything wrong.
Police are still looking at former MP Craig Thomson in connection with the scandal.
As well as facing charges in Victoria over a HSU credit card he allegedly used to hire prostitutes, Mr Thomson is alleged to have had a credit card from the union's printing firm Access Focus just like Williamson.
A NSW Police spokesman said: "That aspect of the case (Mr Thomson) is still ongoing under State Crime Command's StrikeForce Carnarvon."
The NSW DPP has decided not to pursue Williamson's assets under proceeds-of-crime legislation, believing that could interfere with the Health Services Union's attempts to recover it through civil action.
Ms Jackson claimed yesterday that Mr Shorten, while workplace relations minister, put the brakes on the Fair Work Australia investigation into Mr Thomson and Williamson and that, when he took action in the Federal Court to have the union placed into administration, he refused to acknowledge corruption - instead declaring the union went into administration because of factional fighting.
Ms Jackson said she wanted a judicial inquiry into the union and the way the scandal was handled.
"He was the minister for industrial relations. He was the responsible minister for union affairs," Ms Jackson said.
"Shorten ran a case that the problems within the HSU were about factional fighting."
Ms Jackson said it was only after she went to the police that Mr Shorten took any action against the union.
A spokeswoman for Mr Shorten said: "Mr Shorten strongly condemns unlawful activity engaged in by any individual or organisation, including in the union movement. There is no place for and Mr Shorten has no tolerance of corruption and is appalled by the actions the court has found Mr Williamson guilty of. Mr Shorten rejects completely the allegations made my Ms Jackson
